The absolute worst management I have ever had, or heard of, when leasing apartments. It takes over two weeks to replace light bulbs that can only be accessed with a ladder due to the nice, but high ceilings. The laundry services require a "key card" to use which has to be loaded on a machine that is only available in the leasing office; which is rarely open during their regularly scheduled hours. In addition to all that was mentioned above, be prepared to pay ridiculously high gas bills in the winter. This is due to the serious lack of insulation in the rooms facing the outside of the building; a.k.a. the bedrooms. As soon as my lease in up in April, I'm gone.
