I've lived here for 2 years now. I'd say there is more good then bad about this complex. The walls are very thin and it is smart to cover your windows during the winter. The bills are a bit high because of how cheaply made everything is. Luckily I live on the 3rd floor (highly recommend) and our neighbor next to us is hardly ever home. You would think It'd be warm on the 3rd floor during the winter but it isn't. They rely on thier maintenance team to fix all of the old appliances, which they do a good job at but come on we pay enough to have updated apartments with energy efficient appliances so we can have lower bills. I'd recommend spending less time on the grass and more on the inside of the apartments. Love the deck. We are allowed to have gas grills. The apartments are huge and I feel at home. Washer and dryer in units. We have a tiny old stackable one, would prefer full size. Pool and jacuzzi in the summer is a definite plus. I love the location near downtown, freeways and Knapps corner! I think they choose wisely on who they let live here because it is quiet and I feel safe. I hope if you choose Wyndham you will be as lucky as me and get neighbors that aren't ever home :)
