We lived here for 2 years when we first moved to GR. Fine for the first year or so, not sure what happened after that. Their attention to detail is subpar- I had a roommate move out with all proper paperwork filed and their contact information and name was still on all communication we recieved even after we moved out. (they had not lived with us for over a year) It was brought to their attention many times throughout the period of the 2 years. They never answer the phones or emails, and you're lucky if you can get to their office hours around working a full-time job. They charge far too much for what the apartments are- nothing in our unit was updated and they still raised our rate with no logical reasoning as to why. The maintenance was good- on time & fixed what was needed within a week. The tenants who were moving in upon our departure were questionable (in my opinion) considering the police were at the building across from ours more than once a week. Communication is key to any business, not sure how they will stay in business with the booming GR rental industry and that kind of poor communication. I'd suggest paying more in rent at the new Knapp apartments complex down the road for the sake of getting your questions answered when you have them.
