I am truly sorry to see that you feel this way regarding our community. I can assure you we do everything we can to ensure our residents are happy and satisfied in our community. I've looked into the work orders mentioned and see that maintenance has attempted to go the extra mile; with regards to cleaning your shower, programming your thermostat as well as adding and replacing registers inside the spare bedroom mentioned. I am really glad you are liking it here, I agree the location is awesome! So close the the beach, with the convenience of the expressway right down the road, and you still get that tranquil serenity, that relaxes you at the end of the day. Thank you for sharing :)

Thank you, I think our complex looks lovely too! Our apartments are one of the newest in the area as well, which makes us not only super roomy at 1250 sf. for a 2 bedroom 2 bath but, being less than 20 years old, the most energy efficient as well.

Dear Resident, I am glad you are enjoying your home at Prentiss Pointe. We are always working on way to improve the property as well as the residents needs. We use a software program which allows us to log all the packages that we receive in the office into it's system, and an email is sent to you notifying you that your package is hear and ready to be picked up. We think it's a pretty great system too!

I am glad you love your new home! Also, let me say part of the reason the building entrances and hallways look so great is because of the amazing residents that live here! They help by taking pride in where they live and cleaning up after themselves and our younger residents. As the saying goes "It takes a village", thanks for being a part of our village.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with a service request, we strive very hard to complete every request to the best of our abilities, and I will address this issue with our staff to make sure it is corrected immediately. Resident events are scheduled at various times during the course of the year our last event in April was on a Saturday. We tend to have a better turn out around dinner time during the week but we will see about trying to schedule some of our future events a little later, so that maybe you will be able to attend one. We are always working to improve on the structural and cosmetic attributes to our community and have projects in place over the course of the next four to five years that will include the painting and replacing the carpet in all of the building's common areas, we are currently working on repairs and replacement to our balconies, and windows throughout the entire property, with a goal to replace them all. The asphalt project is being completed in phases as well, and we will have the entire property resurfaced by summers end in 2021. Great things are happening all the time, and we hope you have noticed that all of the carpets in the common areas have been cleaned this month, all the approaches and entry doors have been painted this month, all of our entrances got new hand rails, the entire property's buildings were sprayed with a spider and insect control treatment that is guaranteed for the entire season, we resurfaced the pool, and put out all new resort style pool furniture, and that is just the start of our projects for this year. We really are making changes, they can't all happen at once but, we are certainty working on it.
