I lived there for 3 years. the noise starts after midnight. great time to sleep so dont open your windows at night. gated community but my car was stolen from the parking garage at 10pm and when I ask the person sitting on the gate , they dont know anything. maintenance is a disaster. you have to keep begging for weeks to get a repair service.
