Springport Glen is the WORST apartment complex you could possibly live in. The maintenance sucks and just let themselves into your apartment without notice. The management is terrible and ridiculous and do not have a care in the world for their tenants and their issues. We have been here for only 2 months and have already written a formal complaint threatening leaving the lease due to poor living conditions. We have caught SEVEN MICE inside our cupboards, have had maintenance people let themselves in unannounced and without notice, and the apartment itself is crappy. The laundry is way overpriced and doesn't even work properly, the parking is terrible, the place smells like cigarettes and pot, and if you call to make a complaint don't expect a call back for several weeks. I was told that the mice were not an emergency and could not be taken care of immediately. This is a horrific place to live and not okay for adults, children, or pets. Not to mention the shooting next door, armed robbery in the parking lot, two fires in apartments, and the meth lab dealing in the woods behind the apartments. DO NOT choose this place to live.
