When I moved in, my bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. The sink and shower were both backed up from the previous residents and took hours to fully drain. I bought 3 bottles of Draino, which did not help at all. I had to take apart the sink and shower drain and snake other peoples nasty gunk out of them. There was mold in the toilet and my bathtub is stained black, even after hours of scrubbing with several different cleaning products. The downstairs toilet has a stained ring above the waterline from mold. The downstairs wood floor is coming up in some places and looks trashy. 2 of my kitchen outlets did not work. The fridge has about 12 dents on it and looks like someone took a bat to it. My bedroom light flickers and makes a weird noise when turned on. The living room couch has a huge rip on one of the cushions and it scratched all over from a previous animal I'm assuming. The only thing I really enjoyed was having my own private bathroom and a close walk to campus. In my first 2 months of living here, there were TWO incidents in which an apartment was broken into and another in which a man was walking around the courtyards at night with a gun. On the outside, Campus Court looks like a great place to live, and they will tour you in the nicest apartment to gain your lease. There is absolutely no reason to be paying close to $650 a month for this place.
