I have lived in the Arboretum's for two and half years. My experiences have all been consistently bad. My first bad encounter was when one of my roommate's friend spit all over my pictures I had posted on our bathroom mirror. Spitting is one of the most disrespectful things you can do to a person. Of course a fight occurred and police was called. I informed the management of the situation and they told me even though I was in a dangerous environment there was nothing they can do for me. If I did not fight back that would have left me in unsafe living conditions. Thanks Arbs.
My second encounter was when the apartment complex had my car towed, and I AM A RESIDENT! Supposedly after renewing your lease you are issued a new parking pass, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO KNOW WHEN I RENEWED MY LEASE (already a big mistake) AND BEFORE MY CAR WAS TOWED. I had to fight management and their ignorant staff for a week over this situation. Nothing was done until I called the corporate office.
My third encounter happened when management decides to make changes in the lease agreement by incorporating additional fees without notifying their residents. If I did not sign off or hell even notified about changes how do you apply fees to me? How is that legal? Residents are held strictly to their agreement, WHY ISN'T MANAGEMENT?
I would not recommend the Arboretums to anyone.Horrible staff. What are they there for? Eye candy? Rotten candy. Cant even send a fax properly.
They are not there to build relationships and help their residents. As management says " It just business,we're here to make a profit". Thanks ----.
