Copper Beech Townhomes

Horrible experience. When we moved in there was trash all throughout the porch and deck that we had to deal with because maintenance was too slow and there will critters in the pile. Our dryer/dishwasher were broken when we moved in. Maintenance took 3 weeks to fix the dryer and the dishwasher is still broken. The first night was rather hot because it was August, naturally we thought, "Let's turn on the air," WRONG. Water starting pouring from the AC unit upstairs because the drainage pipe was clogged. This issue, which clearly had been going on for months, ruined the carpet in the basement. What does Copper Beech do? Put a fan in the doorway for 3 days, then they "inspect" and say nothing needs replacing. This is not even mentioning the minor issues with the rental, such as our loud and rude neighbors, that screws were missing from some hinges, the Ethernet ports in half of the unit still do not work. This establishment clearly is only surviving by the influx of fresh, inexperienced college students who only see a price tag on a rental. I used to be one of those fresh college students, not anymore. Copper Beech made me a paranoid skeptic and I hope that my next apartment experience is better, although I am sure it will be, this place did not set the bar high. I do not recommend anything about this place. I will never live here again and I cannot wait until my lease expires.
