Hidden Hills Apartments

ok I'll start with the bad of hidden hills is the parking lot fills up really quickly in the evenings and winter. there are tiny little parking spaces and as of right now you can barely see the lines for parking spaces so people tend to take up two. They do a good job of towing away ppl that shouldnt be taking up parking spaces but that also has disadvantages because guest parking fills up and your friends will get towed if they don't park in the guest parking spaces. There are ways around this though it involves walking from the arboretums guest lot or hunters ridge. The club house is in need of some updating and the pool is not as well kept as some other apartments. Now for the great, (in my experience) the management has been very friendly. The maintence is AMAZING!!! always there for you bright and early to change a light bulb, unclog your bathtub etc... I heard so many bad things about other apartment maintence but am so happy because hidden hills definitly doesn't have this problem. I have a 4by4 I payed 320 for rent but utilities have to be payed seperate (not too big of a deal except maybe electric) and i love having my own private bathroom, a bedroom that has nice clean carpeted floors. hidden hills is the cheepest place I could find that had this much quality. There are cheeper places to live such as the mouse infested electrical trap student ------ homes(true personal experience) or the flea infested dangerous apartments that if one corner sets on fire the whole thing will burn down. Thats another thing that was great about hidden hills is that even though someone or something started a fire in our unit my place was saved due to a firewall that was in the middle of the unit. I didn't have insurance either so thank goodness this was a reality check for me and that i didn't loose everything. needless to say i love it here I'll be here next year! :D
