I currently live in Peppertree, and chose to move here because the staff was friendly and the price was right. After living here for close to seven months now, I am anticipating my move out. My neighbors are inconsiderate; working on cars, blasting music, and verbally and physically fighting in the parking lot at all hours of the night. I have been contemplating whether to write a review, but after consistently witnessing the asinine behaviors of my neighbors, I feel compelled to share my experience. In the first month of living here I had a package stolen from my doorstep (I hope you're enjoying the textbook). In the seven months I have lived here, I have seen the police in the parking lot at least four times. Statistically, before my lease is up, I can anticipate seeing the police here at least 2.85 more times (this is not a large complex, that rate is outrageous). I would expect this from a complex that tailored more to undergrads closer to WMU's campus, but all of these incidences have consisted of the "adults" in this small community. I truly am beginning to feel unsafe. My experience here has not been worth the small amount of money I may have been saving on rent.
