Woodland Creek used to be an amazing place to live when it was owned by Cambridge Partners. The grounds were clean, snow was plowed and the sidewalks were shoveled and sidewalks were salted before I even left for work. They truly cared about the residents and were great to work with. Maintenance was great. Now if you want something fixed they tell you that they don't consider that an emergency. The maintenance manager quit because they are such jerks. He had been there forever. Now they allow dogs (big dogs). You walk into the building and it smells like dog. They pee on the carpet. Residents are supposed to clean up after them outside but they don't you always need to be careful where you walk. Like I said the smell in the buildings are disgusting. People tromping up and down the stairs at all hours of the night. They don't care that people are trying to sleep. If i was ever as rude at my job that the office staff is at Woodland Creek I would be fired. Plus the fact that NOBODY knows what they are doing. All they know how to do is give yo the run around and try to charge you extra for things that you don't owe. I will not renew my lease with them. What a real shame that they have run this place into the ground. I am sure they will be losing many other tenants.
