I lived in this community for long time and seen it all . Outdated appliances , Spacious apartments , Unfriendly staff , Not a good school district , No security , Vehicles stolen from the property , Once my neighbor's truck was put on cement blocks (stole rims) and few months later it happened to someone else too in the community.(they refuse to acknowledge that there was any theft occurred in the community and say it was the first incident ever happened) Hefty fines for opting out of lease agreement . Twice my Motorcycles were stolen from parking lot , 1st time in 2014 and it happened again recently .(first time insurance paid me , this time , i am still waiting for the claim to go thru) And the worst, a part of the roof came down in my living room due to water leakage . Yet Rent hike at every renewal . Only advantage is the proximity to all the businesses etc .
