2 months without A/C and it is still not working....if you like hunting down staff and playing the roll of property manager, then this is a great fit for you. It is 95 degrees in the middle of summer and I am CONSTANTLY having to track down staff so they can explain what is wrong with my ac unit. Nobody follows up, nobody let's you know that it will be a week before they can come out, they just "show up"
