This is the worst place i have ever lived. If you have any other options go elsewhere. I could understand the rudeness of staff and refusal to maintain apartments if they were charging maybe $300/month but this is ridiculous. People sign off on repairs that they've never done so stuff doesn't get fixed. You then have to request multiple times for a repair. When they do fix it they do a ------ job leaving holes in walls or things are replaced incredibly cheaply (crappy likely to break again product). I've gone into the office and been told repeatedly that i need to come back later because there is only 1 of them. Never once did they apologize or anything. I even called their corporate office and they told me i would be called by the regional manager and then i was callrd by woodland creel staff again the SAME senior manager that I was trying to put in a complaint about in the first place. Do not lease here.
