Stay here at your own risk. We have had a very difficult time working with the office staff. Their communication is very poor, we are often told we will receive an email back by end of the day and then will not hear anything until we call again. The complex is very noisy as well. Our downstairs neighbor is constantly slamming doors and yelling. We can hear any movement/traffic out in the public hallway, neighbors drive around with their bass blaring and a train goes through the area a couple times a day. Our apartment was very dirty when we moved in, specifically the carpets (previous tenant clearly had a dog) even though we were told the carpets would be either professionally cleaned or replaced. While the location is great and in close proximity to our favorite stores, we do not feel safe here. We have had to call the police twice in the middle of the night after being woken up by yelling and screaming outside our apartment. First, for a domestic violence situation outside and secondly for a fight between four women. Lastly, the grounds and grassy areas in the complex are gross. None of the dog owners here clean up after their pets and there are constantly geese walking around leaving drippings everywhere. Do not believe 5 star reviews you see on other sites.
