The office manager Dan is WORTHLESS!!! He over charges you for everything and is clueless about most everything. He's a young kid and I'm surprised he graduated high school (if he did). You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors above you and they kill the geese. They pretend the DNR comes to get them, but they take them away in crates and torture them, and throw their eggs on the ground to kill them. It's sick. I hate the geese poop, but I would never want them tortured and killed. If you decide to live here, watch your bills. They add charges for everything to make up for the "free gas bill" every month. It's not clean at all. Upon moving in I noticed many stains on the carpet and they said they were not there before I moved in. I called them as soon as I got there before the boxes were delivered!!!! There was also mold in the refrigerator and the dishwasher. It's been brought to my attention that they now have a bed bug infestation. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
