Many fine features such as secure building entrances, quiet and polite tenants, very well sound-dampened units, and elevators and underground parking, but new ownership and on-site managers keep writing down repair and replacement requests to be attended to, but then never taking action or, often, taking weeks or months. One example is the very desirable underground parking, but lights are burning out and are not being replaced, so that in some areas using headlights and backup lights is wise for personal safety and not hitting support pillars and not getting too close to nearby parked cars. Another is a fire door that would no longer self-close so that it would hang open and a new closer was not installed for three and a half months. Still, over all, a good choice.
