Resident 2017 - 2018

2/20/2018

Hmmm where to begin... the management team is more concerned about getting people to re-sign their lease as opposed to dealing with real issues. Such as people’s cars being broken into. Resident floors water being shut off twice with no real explanation or notification unless residents called but even then they “didn’t know.” They allowed security members to harass residents and just now took care of it (this is approximately 6th months post move in) I.E. requiring members to wear name tags (which I’m still not sure if they do) and sending out an email blast of their names and photos (after I personally requested it, otherwise it probably wouldn’t have been a thought. Don’t worry our new manager Jamie was quick to send an email introducing herself but introducing security was not that important to her). And the cherry on top is they had a fire in the building yesterday February 19th,2018 and not once sent out an email or follow up text with residents to notify them of the event or where the source of the issue came from. The only way I would’ve known that I was possibly going to lose my belongings to fire damage was because my roommate called me. So yes, if all of that is settling to you, then Skyvue is the place for you. On the bright side know that if they want to tow peoples cars, get you to re-sign your lease, or they think you’re being too noisy you’ll hear about it right away so don’t you worry. The other safety concerns not as big of an issue to them.
