I have been a resident of Trappers Cove Apartments for 3 years and am possibly staying for a fourth. My experience has been very very positive - the area is clean, well maintained, and everyone on staff is very helpful, although it can get busy at the officel. The only noise comes from the street (cars and trucks passing) and I barely hear my neighbors. The 1 bedroom is very spacious for one person and each of the washing/drying rooms has two of each and it was always available to do laundry at any time of day. It's a perfect distance from MSUs campus. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone in the area, especially graduate students!
The only downside is that rent raises every year. It was raised $10 for the first two years and now they want a $25 increase. I don't think the apartment is worth it, so I may be moving.
