Westbay Club Apartments

I have been here only three days and I have had nothing but problems. First, the carpet is filthy and smells of mildew. I was told that there was nothing I could do about it since I accepted the apartment. Granted, the carpet had just been shampooed at the time of my walk through and the stains weren t that noticeable until the carpet has been walked on for a bit (and I have to wait a week before the property manager will get back to me on it). I was assigned parking and was parked in the correct spot according to my paperwork. The next morning I have a sticker on my window that my car will be towed if not moved. Then, I went to put my stuff in my assigned storage unit and it was already occupied. I called the office and I m told that I have to wait a week before they can clear it. (This review was written my first week, I tried posting several times.) I have now been here for 4 months and still complaing about the bad carpets are and still having difficulty breathing everytime I enter my apartment. They have come up with every excuse in the book to avoid doing the proper thing. Management has sat on this for four months, and front office is too busy playing computer games and watching movies to do anything. Also, beware your business is an open book nothing is between tenant and landlord. Maintanence is aweful! Each request has to be submitted at least three times and you have to be present before it is done properly. You get what you pay for and sometimes it cost more, like your health. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
