I wouldn't recommend this place. They are all smiles until you move in. If you must live here, know your rights as a renter. Lots of smoke and mirrors here. Have all your ducks in a row. Did you know you're entitled to the previous tenants list of damages? Go to the library and pick up a brochure so you know exactly what they can, and can not do legally, as well as what YOU can do legally to protect yourself and your money! If you make an agreement with the on-site management, hit record on your cell phone as they sometimes seem to forget what they told you and sing a different song to the upper management. This can create an uncomfortable situation when upper-management, aka the maintenance guy, I kid you not, then begins to harass you in the halls and around the complex. A recording might aid in refreshing their memory. If you do choose this establishment, take the time to do things by the book. Write everything down. Consider snapping pics of any, and I do mean ANY, damages and perhaps even any written notices you send. In any case, best wishes and good-luck!
