we were living at concord towers from 2006 to january 15,2009.There was a flood from a pipe that broke,we all had to leave,the management told us we should of had renters insurance!,and they did not helps us!we had to pay for a hotel at the redroof inn,they didnt want to pay for anybody to stay in a hotel at all,so we ended up moving,concord towers is a place you DONT want to move to,we were left out in the cold, there was stuff of ares that was stolen during this hold time while the workers were fixing the damage,i had 2 nextel phonea that came up missing and food stolen out of are deep freezer!!!that place is so mis manged its terrible.You dont want to move there at all
