This is a good place to live if you are looking for value. Rent is on the low end, and the construction is solid. The apartments are very energy efficient. My costs here are significantly lower than at other apartments in the area. Concrete floors and ceilings keep the noise low. Management clearly runs things on a tight budget. Staffing levels are low, and services are expectedly limited. However, Ownership seems to be consistently making capital improvements to the building, which is good. Over the past two years I've seen new elevators, and common-area carpeting & interior/exterior paint. In general, services are adequate. Patience and follow-up may be required on your part as a tenant. Considering the value offered, they do an excellent job.
