I haven't had any major issues. I've had a few minor issues. Bathroom faucets are poor quality and i've had to have them fixed multiple times. Rarely do I ever hear any noises from neighboring apartments because of the concrete walls but if you open your window, you get a lot of highway noise. Occasionally I've notoiced the smell of marijuana in the building. Everything is painted off white; walls, cabinets, ceilings, doors. On the plus side, rent is fairly cheap. Lots of stuff within walking distance. There is a small convience store on the first floor of the building that opened recently. Overall, the area seems safe and the police station is very close. There is a nice park within walking distance. Highway access is right around the corner. A lot of friendly people live here. Laundry room on every floor with reasonalbe pricing. Covered parking spots. Building seems to be pretty energy effecient. Small workout room is nice. Maintanence is usually quick to fix problems.
