Best Kept Secret: Concord Towers next to MicroCenter. Security is good, although all the utilities is on the tenant, the cost is not high at all. The building is very solid, so u don't "hear" ur neighbors through noises. Good Location, great rate options. EXCELLENT office staff. : )
