This was my very first apartment experience. I am a woman and I was moving out by myself (and an hour away from friends and family). I never expected to feel so safe in an apartment! To my parents' dismay, I was so comfortable that I slept with the windows open in the summer (in a ground floor unit). My neighbors were friendly and kind but kept to themselves, and aside from my upstairs neighbors, it was a very quiet community. I love how diverse it is, both with age and ethnicity. The two gentlemen working maintenance and the manager became like friends to me, and were always there when I needed something fixed or taken care of. Everyone was kind and helpful for me. If my job situation hadn't changed, I would've stayed in this community. I would recommend it to anyone!
