So far it's pretty good. The apartment itself is nice and feels secure. I had a bit of a bumpy move-in process but I think that was atypical. I really like my new place overall and I'm enjoying living there. My neighbors are really quiet and I don't hear them at all, but with the windows open the traffic from I-75 is fairly noisy. Depending on which way your window is facing it might be better.
