Staff was friendly and courteous. Documents and keys were ready upon move in. Staff was able to accommodate a short turn around time in between my last home and this move in. Unit and grounds are clean and well kept. Conveniently located next to I-75 and just minutes away from Royal Oak/Ferndale.
