In a fairly remote area, good rentals are hard to come by. Northwoods are expensive - I pay $950/month - but they're hands down the best around. Carports are great in the winter. Parking lot is always plowed. The owners are a father and son, Jim and Jim. They're very helpful. The units are big and roomy. Each has a balcony. No college crowd...mostly retired or working professionals. All told, if it's in your budget, go for it. Couple complaints - laundry room is always in use. No garbage disposal. No ice maker.
