Resident 2011 - 2015

7/20/2015

Fellow tenants have been very friendly, however management has had a high rate of turnover in the past couple years and is almost impossible to get in touch with. If you want to reach them within the same day I suggest calling the "emergency" cell number. This gives staff a low rating in my book. The interior is old and run-down, they appear to be trying to move in the right direction and making some updates, but ensure you view the apartment with good lighting and look closely at details. Be very specific on the list of damages when you move in and keep it in a safe place for when you move out, if there is any damage when you move out you WILL be charged. I rate the grounds low due to the condition of the parking lot; it should have been re-surfaced years ago. The motion sensors do not trip the lights at night until you almost reach the door and the doors are often propped open throughout the day (to air out the smell of damp basement/cigarette smoke) or do not latch properly, so safety ranks low as well. Check to see if a maintenance person is on site prior to renting, they did not have anyone for sidewalk snow removal for a few winter months this year and very seldom are the public areas cleaned (i.e. windows, carpet). Do not expect anything great, if your reading this a few months from my posted date give them a look, but if anything looks even close to what I described RUN, because if nothing changes I will never recommend them.
