I lived at Joseph's run while attending college. My roommate and I were horrified at the treatment that we got while living here for a little under a year. Not only was maintence slow and "un-caring" but management was hardly "management", it seemed more of answering the phone and making empty ended promises than anything else. I was living in the building during the fire that they had in the Spring of 2009 and was HORRIFIED and disgusted with the treatment that I recieved after being kicked out of my apartment. Management was NOT willing to coorporate with me when I was trying to get my things out of my apartment because the roof was collasping, I recieved very little sincerity. And moving out is easier said than done when dealing with a contract/lease. Although one of the nicer places in Midland to live... it's tough to deal with the manager. I would suggest finding another place to rent. I wouldn't live there again after the treatment I got after the fire and was told get out in 24 hours and wouldn't work around my schedule.
