I lived at Country Place two years ago and I miss it! I never had any issues with the management at that time. I actually thought they were really nice! They would help me pick out free movies to rent for the office and always responded quickly to any concerns . The maintenance staff was nice and efficient. The grounds were clean, the pool was private and nice, and you could have dogs. There is a pet deposit, but it is unlikely that you'll find a place where there isn't one. Our apartment wasn't super new but it was nice and the only issue we had was with the dishwasher. It was fixed within a few hours so it wasn't even a problem at all. I now pay more for a place that isn't as nice or friendly. I wish I would have stayed at Country Place!.
