I lived here in a 2 bedroom apartment for 10 months and it was nothing short of awful. In the begining, the management was very nice and seemed professional. I had a lot of repairs that needed to be done in my apt, and they took care of them within a week. Then, they started remodeling and would send a notice that workers would be in my apt during 8am and 5pm to work on my balcony. I work 3rd shift as a nurse. Instead of working on my balcony, I woke up to loud noises outside my bedroom window, and a worker taking out the window and stepping inside my apartment to work on the trim. When I asked him to leave until I called the office, he refused and said he wouldn't be long. So, there I laid in bed, while I watched them work on my window. This wasn't the only time something like that happened. And when I called the office, I was told i'd get a call back right away and never heard back on the matter. Then, the rent drop box was broken into, and I was told my money order was stolen and i'd have to re-pay my rent. I told them no, and that they'd have to wait for my reimbursement from the Money gram company which resulted in many harrassing phone calls until I received it. They kept my security deposit, claiming I didn't give them a 30 day notice I was still planning on ending my lease. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Don't count on them to help you into your apartment at night or for any other matters. Save yourself money and grief and go somewhere else.
