I have lived here for under 6 months and have had many issues. Before I even signed my lease the office staff refused to allow me to have a copy of the lease leave the office for a lawyer to review it - so I sat in the office and read it word for word. Then it took a month before I was given a copy of the agreement I signed - I was told that I had to wait for the management to sign it - funny thing is when I got my copy she hadn't signed it. I think they just got sick of me coming in and asking about it. Then when we moved in this past summer our air conditioning unit was acting up - running constantly but never cooling the place down. Maintenance fixed it eventually so we were satisfied - until we got a $400 electric bill for a 1 bedroom apartment. RIDICULOUS right?! So we went to the office to talk to management who told us they could do nothing about it. We tried contacting the corporate number on numerous occasions - still no answer. It's been almost 2 months and I have heard nothing back. Then our fridge stopped working. We don't know how long the food was in there not being kept cold yet the maintenance staff said "you should be fine eating it" and they refused to help reimburse us for any of the over $150 in food we lost. The things that happened to us happen to people- I understand that. The customer service we received and the lack of responsibility taken by the management for their staff is unacceptable. I would not recommend living here to anyone!
