Had a great experience with colony. We loved on the Henkel apartment owned side and apts were nice and Mike was friendly. Close to campus and only 300 a month (our apt was 295 for paying in advance or 315 monthly) See More

Moved in in May and they changed ownership without notifying tenants in July. I don't think the new landlord has ever managed rental properties before, because he literally does nothing. He says to text, call or email him if we need anything. My roommates and I… See More
