I have lived here for a few years and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap quite and friendly place to live. The buildings are a bit outdated but for what you pay for and the experience with the staff you couldn't get a better deal. The buildings have older setup and show their age a little but just because they are not the newest and biggest out there doesn't mean they should be overlooked. Heat, water, cable are included with the rent which is very nice. The neighbors tend to mind their own manners and things stay fairly quiet for the most part and if there is ever a problem the office takes care of it immediately. There has been an issue with dog poop, but honestly they do their best to take care of it asap, it is more or less the owner of the animals that are too lazy to clean up and take responsibility of their animals. As for any of the office staff and or maintenance workers they have all been awesome. Melissa is AMAZING, she is extremely nice and considerate and makes sure you get any help she can provide you with. She makes sure that all issues are taken care of immediately and gets all maintenance issues dealt with as soon as possible. She takes the time to get to know you and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. I can think of maybe one time where they didn't come the same day to fix an issue if i had it. Parking is so nice here. I have never had a problem with finding a spot, theft, safety, or any troubles in even the winter with the snow. The sidewalks always get plowed and the parking lot also. It is nice not to have to worry about getting towed for being in the wrong spot or having to worry about a guests car parked in the wrong spot. Overall I would live here again in a heart beat. My only problem is actually not knowing of this place earlier in my college experience. This may sound like someone just talking them up but it is just my honest opinion, you can come down and see for your self if you don't believe me.
