First off, park place includes heat, water and electricity!! They have newely renovated apartments that are absolutely amazing. Bedrooms are much larger than any apartment bedrooms I've ever had with large closets and big windows in each room! The Kelly's are great to work with, both very kind and about as helpful as it gets! Maintenance is on top of everything, as soon as it snows, they're out there cleaning the pathways and parking lots before 8am! Love this place, 10/10 recommend!
