I moved in October 2017, the office staff were very friendly, the bottom apartments had flooded because of so much rain in June, because of that there were "pests", but they took care of that quickly and efficiently. That was the only problem I had and that was the first month. If I call for maintenance, they are fixing things either within the hour or by the end of the business day. If I have questions about things or concerns they figure things out quickly so I know what to do. Plus having utilities included, big bonus! The bedrooms are decent sized, and the whole apartment feels comfortable and homey. I'm glad I decided to move in there.
