Hello, and thank you for sharing your feedback with Pendleton Park Apartments. We thank you for your kind compliments, and for choosing our community as your home. We would like to follow up with you regarding the concerns listed in your review, and share what our team has done to address and resolve these matters. We do lock the clubhouse afterhours, not to inconvenience residents, but to allow residents who have paid to host private functions at the clubhouse to utilize it. We are a very pet-friendly community and love our resident's furry friends, and apologize for any concerns you had with common area cleanliness. We will be discussing this internally, and will ensure residents receive a reminder notice to pick up after their pets. At our community, our HVAC systems are MagicPak, and tend to be a bit louder. This can cause additional noise, but inspection of the HVAC showed it was operating normally. We are very sorry you experienced a water-leak in your apartment. The leak was isolated to the dining area, and the fan was in your apartment home for two days to ensure the area was completely dry. We are glad your Renter's Insurance, which is a requirement per the lease, was able to assist you with additional needs you had. We do ask residents to report concerns regarding maintenance, noise, postal service, or utilities to our team, so we may assist in resolving their concerns. If residents experience any concerns with Comcast, we advise they contact Customer Service at Comcast. Rent is due on the first of the month. However, we have a 24-hour grace period, late fees begin on the third, and this applies to all residents to ensure Fair Housing compliance.
