I lived here from July 2012 to July 2013. This place was very quiet in my building and not once did I have to complain about noise. Almost everyone in my building had multiple children and pets, yet it was still very quiet. All of our neighbors were very nice and respectful. The apartment itself was very nice and kept up well. The clubhouse, sauna, hot tub, pool and tennis court are all in excellent condition. We used all of these frequently. My wife and I are both runners and we loved running around this community and in the town of New Hudson. There are a lot of paved trails and nice wide sidewalks. The staff at Pendleton were all very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family of 3 and two dogs will miss this place. It was nothing but a positive experience for us. The only reason we moved was because we were purchasing a home.
