I have been living at Pendleton Park Apartments for almost 4 months and have NOT been pleased with the experience. We can hear EVERY foot step the people above us make. After complaining 4 times (and having the management act like I was crazy for being able to hear as much as I did) all they did was call my neighbor and tell them they were being too loud. It had nothing to do with the people, the apartment is so poorly built or something is structurally wrong with it that the top floor/my ceiling creaks with EVERY movement. I was expecting a quieter experience with the amount of money I pay for rent each month. Also have been waiting 4 months for new windows that I was told was ordered before I even moved in.
