The previous comment, I disagree with. I have one of the townhouses and it's quite nice on the inside. Very spacious and it's not as "trashy" as some of the other complexes nearby. As far as a place goes, it's great. I don't like the area, but I'm not from these parts at all so the whole country thing is difficult for me. For some, I bet it's wonderful. I don't have any trouble with the neighbors, but I don't have one of the apartments so maybe it's different with the gap in pricing related to the previous comment's "unemployed" jab. The rent is cheap by my standards, and it's pretty hassle free. The only negative that stands out is the office manager. She's lenient I suppose, but don't bother calling. I've completely given up on the phone. I try the office in person, but it's usually locked even during normal business hours. Your best bet might be to ninja rope in. Add in the fact that they seem neglectful of their legal obligation to perform repairs inside of your apartment in a timely manner, and I give the staff a 0.
