Where to start. Let's see in the past two years we've had at least 3 different landladies. The first was decent but wasn't around long. The second was a real estate agent, conflicting interests much. Besides having constant notices on the door saying let me help u find a house, she was rarely ever in the officer. Our current landlady has been a nightmare about everything. Threatened to tow our car. Why?? No idea, car has sticker on it saying it belongs to resident. Only way she said she wouldn't tow it is if we parked it in garage. Not only does that make parking spaces pointless but they'd given someone else access to our garage and they'd been using it. Throw in a fridge that leaks and was ruining all our food, took repeated complaints to get a new one. For the price, this place simply isn't worth it. Rent has gone up 3 times since we moved in and the quality of the place doesn't match what they charge. Have had our share of neighbors who either believe in blaring their music all night to not controlling their shouting kids. Winter is a nightmare for anyone that has to work before noon. Does not get plowed until then. I'd also like to point out that the complex is right behind a football field. Track, football, band, etc. Whether it's a game or practice. Get use to hearing hours of noise. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Find a cheaper place for the same quality.
