Thank you so much for this extensive and thorough review of your home at North Niles Villa. It's rare to see such detail and we thank you for sharing it. We are pleased that our home and our new manager was generally very positive and we will gladly take your concerns into account. However, we don't require residents to provide their own dehumidifier and if you had mold/mildew in your home, we treat that situation as a true emergency. While we have the utmost confidence in our on-site team, you can always reach out to the regional manager or a member of the corporate staff if you feel your needs are not being addressed. I would like to add that we do have a computer center for our residents use in the room above our leasing office. There are a couple computers, a printer and free wifi .
