I have enjoyed living at Portsmouth so much. The neighborhood is very quiet, the facilities are very clean and well kept, the maintenance staff responds quickly to any needs and the apartment has always been a quality worth the price.

Good place to live. Sole negative aspects are the quality of water. The water has a really bad smell and color. Some repairs are not well done. Besides that, is a decent place to live. Quiet place and quiet neighborhood.

Eh. Honestly I feel like the units are overpriced. Walls are sort of thin can hear neighbors tv. Had a few maintenance issues but they were handled in a timely manner. Water source isn't the best. If I had to rate I would give 3/5.
