Place is terrible, strongly suggest somewhere different. Staff is the worst, office staff extremely rude and condescending anytime you ask for anything to be fixed. To the point i dont even ask anymore. Some occasions I've been told straight up no they won't make certain repairs because "it would be hard". Laziness is the real reason. Simone is especially dreadful to deal with. Always has an attitude and talks to me like I'm dirt. I can understand having bad days but every single dealing with her in the last 2 years has been this way. I'm prompt on paying rent, never late once, get treated like crap. Yet 90% of the residents that live here are the worst kinda deadbeat.
Hallways smell like dead animals. Windows leak air bad. Hvac terribly old and inefficient, ac runs the entire day if it's 80 degrees out warmer outside. When they flip an apartment they just paint over every thing, 27 layers of paint on counters even, and the bathtub rust is just painted over again. In the winter, very little snow removal is done and not timely. At least a dozen times last winter, my car was stranded in the parking lot because they plowed it in. Plan on buying your own snow shovel and salt unless you wanna risk injury. Not enough hot water for all 8 units, only one tank and the washer uses it too. Washer and dryer are junk, constantly broke, 8 units share one set. Garbage area is overrun by raccoons and generally looks like a dump site. They stack old gross furniture next to the dumpster to get rained on then get stagnant and awful smelling. Pool opens for 2 months a year if you're lucky. But then you have to deal with dozens of filthy people from the trailer park across the street using the pool too. Stoves are like 3rd world country quality, same with dishwasher, one aspect of each has always been broke.
I could go on for days but if that doesn't make you decide to go to Portsmouth or the springs... then nothing will.
