Company does not repair property in a timely manner. Forces renters to live in unsafe housing, uses cheap materials, as well as cheap help, employs two handy men who do the work of four or five people. handy men do work required by licensed contractors, work usually substandard! Management will not respond to phone calls when you have problems.Will not hesitate to allow tenants to go with out heat, or exposure to the cold, yet will not hesitate to charge a late fee and harrass tenants if rent is held for lack of repairs. Forces tenants to sign a three month clause if rent is late three times in a year will attempt to evict residents, and hold them legally responsible for the remainder of their lease. Has unfair rental practices charge people rent based on managements person feeling for example: Identical units are leased to two people, one pays $100 less than another, neither is government subsidized. Started bogus neighborhood watch program to boost their ratings at the financial and emotional expense of several residents.Will not fix plumbing but threatens to have tenants pay for water...... Management screen the phone calls of tenants they know need repair work or who complain...
