This is by far the worst apartment living experience I've ever had. If I could give it zero stars I would.
The price isn't bad considering the location but having to deal with the deplorable management isn't worth it. The facility is old and poorly maintained so things are constantly breaking. We waited for months for them to replace our bedroom window due to a broken seal. A day later the glass broke because it was installed improperly. Before we ever moved in until after we left (early) the exterior security door was broken. Anyone could have walked in off the street right up to the flimsy apartment door. I submitted countless repair requests and spoke to maintenance and management directly only to be ignored. When we moved in, the apartment was absolutely filthy. I confronted the property manager about this and he lied by saying it had been cleaned. I shouldn't be able to tell where the previous tenant kept their toaster and spilled coffee down the kitchen cabinets.
The common spaces were also regularly disgusting. Other tenants regularly would leave their garbage in the halls (even though it was against the rules in the lease) and management would do nothing about it despite complaints. It is also worth mentioning that a single, poorly maintained washer and dryer is shared by twelve units.
I should have known better than to move there from the very beginning. Paul, the useless, lazy, dishonest property manager ignored my emails requesting information about the location and then stated that he did not receive my first deposit by mail when I knew that he had due to delivery confirmation. It was even difficult to get a hold of him to turn in our early termination notice to get out of the place.
Plymouth is a lovely town but that does not make it worth it living in these vile apartments and dealing with the absolutely wretched management.
