I would STRONGLY advise against moving here. First off, as one of the initial tenants I expected there to be some issues with construction still wrapping up and this being a new construction, however there were many more issues than just some. As of right now, the property is on their third property management company. The marketing materials at the time, and even today has lies on them which makes it false advertising. There is no bike storage, accessible storage units, fire pits, state of the art internet and video, and many other lie. There is absolutely no sound conditioning in the building. You can hear when people above you walk, talk, open the door, go to the bathroom, and all outside noise. As of the time of this post, not one item on my move in check list from last summer has been corrected. They don't have a maintenance person, so nothing is ever fixed and in the rare instances they do find someone, the competency level of that person is not much higher than a rock or some dirty. Speaking of dirt, the grounds upkeep on this property is horrible. In the winter, they don't remove the snow on the back walk ways, the dumpsters are always overflowing, and there is the same trash on the property grounds as three months ago. At first lease renewal they will attempt to raise rates 5%, however the property has no amenities nor the ability to get any due to the site plans. They try and raise rent, so the tenant puts move out notice, however they will release the same space at the current rate the previous tenant was paying. The are a large amount of chain smokers on the property so it will always smell like cigarettes. So unless you want to hear everything going on in the building and around town all the time along with your neighbor going to the bathroom, unresponsive maintenance, dirty grounds, chain smokers, and lies I'd rent elsewhere.
